At the regular meeting of the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Board on December 8, 2005, the Council adopted this motion:

 

"The Chair submit an appeal to the Pinellas County Schools Superintendent and Pinellas County School Board members in support of this Council’s Strategic Plan to reduce school arrests; to request a moratorium on ‘disorderly conduct’ and ‘disruption of school environment’ arrests in Pinellas County public schools."
