Juvenile Justice Council Minutes –Approved as submitted 10/22/09 Call to order—In the absence of Chair Cathy Corry, Vice-Chair Matt Sullivan called the meeting to order at 7:02 P.M. Call of the roll—In the absence of Membership Registrar Brian Pitts, Vice-Chair Sullivan called the roll and announced the lack of a quorum.
Public comment.— There was no public comment. Approve minutes of Council meetings—For lack of a quorum, the minutes of the July 23, 2009 meeting were postponed until the next meeting. Reports—There were no officer reports. Old business—There was no old business. New business— a) Election of Council Officers was postponed until the next meeting for lack of a quorum. b) Election of a member of the Circuit 6 Juvenile Justice Board was postponed until the next meeting for lack of a quorum. Council member announcements— There were no announcements. Public comment—There were no comments. Adjourn— Vice Chair Matt Sullivan announced that the meeting would be adjourned.
