Ø       This Council is a public entity.

Ø       Membership registration is available to all.

Ø       All Council and Committee meetings are open to the public.

Ø       All Council documents are public record, including but not limited to:

·         Your submitted membership registration form

·         Attendance logs

·         Meeting minutes

Ø       Council Bylaws stipulate the criteria for becoming a voting member.

Ø       There is a limit of one (1) voting member per agency or organization.

Ø       Nonmembers may speak during the PUBLIC COMMENT portion of the meeting.
