Justice Council Call to order by Chair Plyer, a quorum was present at 7:00 p.m.
Members.-- Other Attendees.-- Public comment.-- There were no public comments. Approval of minutes of
April 14, 2008.-- There were no Executive Committee meetings held in the months of May and June. New business.-- No noticed motions, special items or old business of interest was slated for the new business, so matters of the agendas were discussed. The committee approved agendas for the general meetings of Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council dated for 7/24/2008 and 9/25/2008 as follows: For 7/24/2008 meeting: Consideration of member Corry’s notice of motion to change the bylaws term limits of council officers, Report from nomination committee on the status and prospective candidates for the election of council officers. There is no August general council meeting scheduled. For 9/25/2008 meeting: Annual report of the council. Report from Nomination Committee on the status and prospective candidates for the Council’s election of officers and appointments to the Circuit 6 Juvenile Justice Board. Election of Council Officers Open discussion.-- Committee members discussed various topics of prior unfinished business of the council. The next meeting of the Executive Committee is 10/13/2008. There being no further business Chair Plyer declared adjournment.
