Mr. Plyer,

It is my understanding that Lavetta Waters provided you with the list of Circiut 6 Juvenile Justice Board members which was provided to the Department by the Board Chair Calvin Harris.  The information was provided to you after your earlier requests.

By copy of this e-mail I am requesting Ms. Waters and Ms. Jenkins to provide you with another  copy of any current Circuit 6 Juvenile Justice Board membership list which is possessed by the Department of Juvenile Justice.

I am at a lost to understand the inability of your local Council to obtain this information from your local Board.

The Department will continue to provide the greatest degree of reasonable support to each of the Juvenile Justice Boards and Councils.  However, please know that the Department has no authority to intercede in local differerces between the Boards and Councils.  Accordingly, I suggest that it will be more productive for you to direct your inquiries about the membership of your local Board to your local Board Chair.

Kindest Regards,

Rick Davison
