Email removing Debby Bolen as PCJJC Secretary from Dave Plyer <d.plyer@gmail.com> Debby Bolen, Secretary Debby, Unfortunately, I must notify you that you are no longer a member of the Council. Your failure to attend the November 21, 2006 meeting of the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council marked your third consecutive absence. According to Article II section 2.2.4 of the bylaws, three consecutive absences removes you as an active member. In addition, since your are not an active Council member, neither are you the Council Secretary (bylaws 5.1.1). You are always welcome at Council meetings and may become a member again should your interests and schedule permit. Dave Plyer, Chair |
