Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council Attendees: Dave Plyer, Council Chair Cathy Corry, Council Membership Registrar Call to Order: Council Chair Dave Plyer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. At the request of the Chair, Cathy Corry agreed to take meeting minutes. The Chair reported that Matt Sullivan submitted his resignation as Chair of the Nomination Committee. Approve Meeting Minutes: Minutes of the 7/27/06 Nomination Committee meeting were approved as submitted. New Business: Cathy Corry noted that nominees for the Circuit 6 Juvenile Justice Board need to be given the new statute reference of F.S. 985.664, which was changed by the legislature from F.S. 985.4135. Dave Plyer stated that he will send an email message to Council members to request that all nominations be submitted to the Council Chair.
