Chris,

I believe that you will agree that your strengths lie in being "outside" doing rather than "inside" presiding over committee meetings and generating the paper work that goes with it.

I am, therefore, removing you as Chair of the Outreach Committee. 

The Council values your participation. With your help, we have accomplished much and with your help, we can do much more.

I look forward to seeing you at the next Council meeting and the next. The Council is a better place with you there.
