Bruce Wright Bruce, The work of the Zero Tolerance Committee was completed with publication of the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council's Three Year Strategic Plan 2004-2007 . This ad hoc committee should have been officially disbanded then but it was not. Therefore, I am disbanding it at this time. Your work then is the map for the Council's efforts now.
