Jackie Griffin Doherty (Chair), Tammy Hillier- Flowers,
(Vice Chair), Anthony Hinson (Parliamentarian), Stephanie Prestwood
(Secretary), Matthew Sullivan (Member), Dave Plyer, (Member), and Earl Reeves (JWB).
The meeting was called to order at 9:04 a.m. The purpose of
this meeting was to set the agenda for the 9/22/05 PCJJC meeting and to allow
Earl Reeves to guide us through the applied Parliamentary Procedures of our agenda.
The Chair announced that she was elected Vice Chairperson of
the DJJ Circuit 6 Board.
New Business: Setting the Agenda
1. Welcome; Call to

- Chair will
announce Earl Reeves to facilitate applied Parliamentary Procedures.
2. Announcement of Affiliation Change and Term of Office
Membership
Recertification
- Chair will remind
PCJJC members of necessary protocols to examine Membership Registration Form
and to Re-certify their term of membership by completing the Membership Form
annually.
-Chair asks if there is a motion from the floor to take a
three-minute
recess.
3. Attendance and Quorum Count – Parliamentarian -Tony

4. Approval of the Minutes of the 7/28/05 and 8/25/05
meeting minutes.
