Executive Committee Meeting

Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County

In attendance: Jackie Griffin-Doherty - (Chair), Tammy Hillier-Flowers

(Vice Chair), Stephanie Prestwood (Secretary), and Tony Hinson-

(Parliamentarian), Earl Reeves - (JWB)

Jackie Griffin-Doherty called the Executive Committee to order at 9:00 a.m.

The purpose of the meeting was to set the agenda for the September 22^nd Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council meeting.

New Business

· The committee reviewed and approved the minutes of the August 17, 2005, Executive Committee meeting.

· The committee approved the draft of the PCJJC Agenda for the September 22nd meeting.

· The committee approved that Earl Reeves (JWB) would guide the counsel throughout the PCJJC meeting on the proper Parliamentarian procedures for all action items on the agenda.

· The committee agreed that due to a scheduling conflict that an Executive Committee continuation meeting would be held Tuesday September 20th from 9-11 a.m., at JWB.

The meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
