Executive Committee Meeting

August 17, 2005

Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County

In attendance: Jackie Griffin-Doherty - (Chair), Tammy Hillier-Flowers

(Vice Chair), Stephanie Prestwood (Secretary), Tony Hinson

(Parliamentarian) and Earl Reeves (JWB) –Quality Assurance and Training.

Jackie Griffin-Doherty called the Executive Committee to order at 9:00 a.m.

The purpose of the meeting was to set the agenda for the August 25^th Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council meeting.

New Business

· The committee reviewed and approved the minutes of the July20th Executive Committee meeting.

· The committee reviewed/approved the training material presented by Earl Reeves for the upcoming Parliamentarian workshop to be held on August 25, 2005.

· The committee approved the draft of the PCJJC Agenda for the August 25th Special Inquiry/Parliamentarian workshop that will be held during the PCJJC meeting.

· Vice Chair Tammy Hillier-Flowers will bring voting ballots to the August 25th meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 11:10 a.m.
