Executive Committee Meeting

July 20, 2005

9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.

Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County

In attendance: Jackie Griffin-Doherty - (Chair), Tammy Hillier-Flowers

(Vice Chair), Stephanie Prestwood (Secretary). Absent from the meeting was

Tony Hinson (Parliamentarian) due to his vacation.

Jackie Griffin-Doherty called the Executive Committee to order at 9:00 a.m.

The purpose of the meeting was to set the agenda for the July 28th Pinellas

County Juvenile Justice Council meeting.

New Business

· The committee reviewed and approved the minutes of the June 15th

Executive Committee meeting. The committee approved the draft of the PCJJC

Agenda for the July 28th meeting.

· The Chair will request that DJJ Circuit 6 Board and Council

Coordinator Diana Boyce provide an update to the Executive Committee on the

Historical Record Keeping agenda item pending from the 6/15/05 meeting for

the August 17th Executive Committee meeting.

· Vice Chair Tammy Hillier-Flowers will bring voting ballots to the

July 28th PCJJC meeting.

· The group discussed upcoming events noting the Special Inquiry

Meeting August 25th at Lealman followed by the Parliamentarian Workshop

that will be held during the PCJJC meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 9:58 a.m.

The minutes and the agenda will be e-mailed to the PCJJC by 7/21/05.
