Executive Committee Meeting

May 18, 2005

9:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.

In attendance:), Jackie Griffin-Doherty - (Chair), Tony Hinson-(Parliamentarian) and Stephanie Prestwood (Secretary), Diana Boyce (DJJ Partnership Coordinator)

Jackie Griffin-Doherty called the Executive Committee to order at 9:00 a.m.

The purpose of the meeting was to set the agenda for the May 26^th Special Inquiry/ Juvenile Justice Council Meeting.

New Business

· The committee reviewed the agenda for the May 26th meeting and approved it.

· The Chair stated that the PCJJC Special Inquiry/Council meeting on May 26th will be held at the Child's Park facility - 4301 13th Ave South St. Petersburg from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

· The Planning committee will be meeting following this meeting to review the requirements and information needed to complete the 2004-2005 Circuit Board Annual Overview Report. A meeting notice was sent out to all members.

· The committee approved the minutes of the April 20, 2005 Executive Committee meeting.

· The meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
