Dear Dave: Just a point of clarification, are you now adding two additional documents to your list? Regarding the 02/16/05 Community Needs Committee (unavailable) – set of missing minutes, Tony Hinson, Parliamentarian and Chair of the Community Needs Committee, has just advised me that this meeting WAS NOT HELD since no one, other than himself, attended. Regarding 1/19/05 minutes that I did not have the Word file, only hard copy, I have scanned these and have attached these. Regarding your new request, pertaining to 04/09/05 minutes, I have not received a copy of the 4/9/05 Community Outreach Committee minutes and have been advised that they will be distributed at the 4/28/05 Council meeting. Regarding the 04/20/05 request, the 4/20/05 Executive Committee meeting minutes also will be distributed at the 4/28/05 Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council meeting.
