Pursuant to the provisions of 3.1.2 of the Council bylaws, we, the undersigned members of the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council, call a Special Meeting of this Council to be convened within 14 days of the date of this notification.

The agenda of this special meeting will be:

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

> To review and approve meeting minutes for all previous regular meetings of the Pinellas County Juvenile Justice Council.

> Other unfinished business

The section of the bylaws granting authority for this special meeting:

3.1.2 Special meetings of the Council may be called  at the discretion of the Chair or by written request of no less than five [5] Council members. An agenda, together with a notice of the date, time and place of any special meeting must be provided to the Council members at least seven [7] calendar days prior to the meeting date. Only items contained in the agenda shall be voted upon at any special meeting unless there is a temporary setting aside of the order of business.
